Dairy products provide protein, vitamins and minerals and are an excellent source of calcium. Your children should have 2 to 3 servings of milk, yogurt and cheese each day.
Selection tips:
- Choose skim milk and nonfat yogurt
- Avoid high fat cheese and ice cream
