Watery Eyes
|
| Watery eyes, or frequent tears are usually caused by a blocked tear duct and is not a concern unless the eyes become infected (let us know so we can prescribe antibiotic eye drops). If it hasn't cleared up by know, then your child may need treatment and may need to see an ophthalmologist to open the duct by probing.
Allergies are another condition that can cause tearing or watery eyes, especially if he also has a runny nose or congestion.
