| Dr. Belinda Chou is a board certified pediatrician currently living in Ontario Canada. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Upon completion of her pediatric residency training at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital (University of Michigan Medical Center), she has worked in a variety of jobs, including group practices, urgent cares, newborn nurseries, emergency rooms, and currently with research and writing. In between all these jobs, she has managed to also have two children ages 4 1/2-years and 3-years, and get pregnant again! |

| Ann Butenas: As an author, entrepeneur, and mother, Ann Butenas stays pretty busy. In addition to The Medical And Dental Records Binder, Ann has been a nationally and professionaly published writer since the age of 12. She does freelance writing for a host of publications and her upcoming projects include a series of childrens' books entitled "In My Dreams." The first book, "Grasshoppers And Elephants," will be released soon as a book and CD ROM. Another project, The Bread Monkeys, is a book depicitng her day-to-day life as the mother of three boys, written with a humorous slant to which many parents can relate. |

| Vonda Skinner Skelton, RN has been in nursing for over 22 years and has experience in pediatrics, neuro-ophthalmology, surgery and hospice. In addition to writing, Vonda is a speaker at women's conferences and seminars, focusing on family, marriage and children. She is an energetic grandmother of three who enjoys playing golf and water skiing with the grandchildren. |
